Program Terms

2. Eligibility & enrollment

Programs are open to individuals and businesses worldwide, subject to applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

• One account per person or entity. Duplicate accounts will be terminated.
• You must provide accurate contact and payment information.
• Acceptance into one program does not guarantee acceptance into another.

3. Commission & payment

Affiliate and partner program Participants earn a commission on Referrals as follows:

• Affiliate & creator commission:30% of the Referral's subscription payment at the plan level active when the Referral was attributed. If the customer later upgrades, downgrades, or moves to an enterprise plan, commission remains based on the original plan amount.
• Partner commission:30% of the Referral's subscription payment, recurring for the lifetime of the customer's subscription regardless of plan changes.
• Cookie duration: 30 days from the first click on your referral link.
• Attribution: Referrals are attributed via referral links and coupon codes. Last-click attribution applies.
• Payout frequency: Monthly, processed within 30 days of the end of each calendar month.
• Payout methods: PayPal, Wise, or wire transfer, as available in your region.
• Minimum payout: $10 USD (or equivalent). Balances below this threshold roll over to the next month.
• Tax responsibility: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions received.

4. Tracking & attribution

• Attribution is tracked automatically via referral links (30-day cookie) and coupon codes.
• If a customer cancels and later resubscribes, attribution to the original Participant is preserved.
• Disputes over attribution must be raised within 30 days of the relevant payout period.
• We provide a real-time dashboard for tracking clicks, sign-ups, conversions, and commission.

5. Creator program — view payouts

In addition to optional commission from coupon codes, creator program Participants earn View Payouts for eligible short-form video content:

• Rate: $1.50 USD per 1,000 verified views.
• Cap: Up to $500 USD per video in View Payouts. Commission from coupon code conversions is not subject to this cap.
• Eligible platforms: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Verification:We verify view counts using the platform's publicly available metrics at the time of payout.
• Resubmission:If a video's view count grows after payout, you may resubmit within 60 days for a supplemental payout (the difference).
• Payout timeline: Within 30 days of verified view count submission.
• Free account: Accepted creators receive a complimentary renamed.to account for use in content creation.

6. Content license

By submitting Content to the creator program, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Reshare, embed, and repost your Content on our social media channels, website, and marketing materials, with attribution to your account.
• Use screenshots or clips from your Content in promotional materials.
• Feature your Content in paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and other channels.

You retain full ownership of your Content. This license does not transfer ownership. You may request removal of reshared Content by contacting us; we will remove it within 14 business days, except where it has been incorporated into materials already distributed.

7. Prohibited conduct

Participants must not:

• Use fake, bot-generated, or purchased views, clicks, or sign-ups.
• Refer themselves or create accounts to earn commission on their own purchases.
• Misrepresent renamed.to's features, pricing, or capabilities.
• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing tactics.
• Bid on "renamed.to" or similar branded keywords in paid search campaigns without prior written approval.
• Create content that is offensive, misleading, or violates applicable law.

8. Modification & termination

• Changes to terms:We may modify these Program Terms with 90 days' written notice via email. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
• Changes to commission rates:We may adjust commission rates or View Payout rates with 90 days' written notice. Existing Referrals made before the change retain their original rate for 12 months from the date of referral.
• Voluntary withdrawal: You may leave any Program at any time. Accrued, unpaid commissions will be paid in the next regular payout cycle.
• Termination for cause: We may terminate your participation immediately for violation of Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct) or for fraud. Unpaid commissions are forfeited upon termination for cause.
• Termination without cause:Either party may terminate participation with 30 days' written notice. Accrued commissions will be paid out.

9. Liability & indemnification

The liability and indemnification provisions of our Terms of Service (Sections 10 and 11) apply to your participation in the Programs.

Additionally, you agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your promotional activities, Content, or your breach of these Program Terms.

10. Governing law

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules. The governing law and jurisdiction provisions of our Terms of Service (Section 13) apply.
